My door trim came today and the exterior of the car is 100% again!

I also polished the headlights and used plastic restore on the other trim and it looks so great!

And, you know, now that the headlights aren't yellow they don't look entirely terrible. They still need to be replaced but I think I can live with them for a while until I replace my tires.

Are your headlights name brand or knock-offs? Because if they actually improve visibility, I personally wouldn’t change them.

They’re a brand called “Eagle Eyes.” I’ve never heard of them but they do a pretty decent job now that I have some half decent bulbs in there. If I got some Sylvania Silverstars in there they’d probably kick the stock light’s ass.

I plan on eventually(probably will never happen) retrofitting a projector housing in my truck, because I like having decent headlights. Even if it looked terrible, at least I would be able to see well. If I were you though, I would paint the chrome part black. I know on at least some housings like that, it’s possible.

Yeah, I’m about 80% sure you can take the covers off of these to do stuff to the inside so I’d like to paint it black at some point. Plus there’s a little cooked spider in the driver’s side one that got in there somehow I’d like to get out.

I’m more of a function over form person, plus if you do it right, they hardly look any different.
